PRODUCTION
The roasting process takes place in our HQ facilities in Moschato, which are certified and operate in accordance with the international Food Safety Management Standards ISO 22000, including the HACCP study (Risk Analysis and Critical Control Points). The selection of coffees is done according to the global standards of the SCA organization while at the same time, control of the process is applied in all stages of production. In our quality assurance laboratory, daily physicochemical tests are performed on raw and roasted coffee, so you can enjoy an excellent result in every c
